We’re please you found the workplace to be a positive environment, though we’re disappointed to hear your training experience did not reflect the level of structure and support we strived for. Our goal is always to equip team members with the tools, guidance, and clarity needed to succeed. No one should feel unprepared, and feedback like this helps us close the gap.
We also want to address your concern about being “punished later”. Our approach is centered on clear expectations, coaching and ongoing support, not punishment. When performance gaps arise, the focus is on providing guidance and opportunities to improve, especially early on when team members are still building confidence and familiarity with the role.
Accountability and performance expectations are an important part of every role, and we are committed to ensuring they are paired with the right level of training and support.
