High pay for the industry and OK benefits. It stops there.
Cons
No room for promotions. Almost guaranteed you will be stuck in your role until you quit or are fired. Onsite residential management team is treated as an afterthought. If you aren’t at corporate showing face to the family, you don’t matter. Expectations are a “mission impossible” and you will spend a great deal of your time correcting+covering up the mistakes of upper management. You will not be given the resources needed to do your job effectively. Wish I had not ignored the reviews on this site before accepting their offer. There is a reason they have the lowest Glassdoor score in the industry.
