At Ruekert & Mielke, the culture is a big focus. They take their time to select good individuals and create opportunities for staff to develop relationships outside of work. The firm is an ESOP. The Management Structure is short, there is an executive team, Team Leaders, and everyone else. The firm has a Good Reputation in the municipal engineering industry. Management is Supportive of staff.
Cons
There is a gap of mid-level staff. A lot of staff are reaching retirement age and there are a lot of younger staff. There is a lot to improve regarding diversity of staff.
