Pros
Self management and flexible scheduled (earned!). Overall, the owners and management care about the people (personally and professionally) and not just the work itself. Always room for advancement as the company has continuously been growing my entire tenure.
Cons
you cannot turn the spicket off. the business keeps flowing regardless of economic conditions (which is also a pro), but there are rarely lulls, so you are always busy.
