      Pros

      Location in the middle of the country. Friends made over a number of years. Current head is very good. Students and parents generally very nice.

      Cons

      Staff turnover high every year compared to other top schools. No longer affordable for teacher to send their children. No TPS for new staff

      Pros

      A fast-paced, forward thinking, and exciting place to work. Colleagues are kind, collaborative and inclusive. There is a feeling that we're all part of the same mission. Plenty of opportunities to learn and to advance career-wise. A very happy place. Would highly recommend.

      This is a job where you have to throw yourself in 100%! Not necessarily a bad thing!
