Pros

The only pro was basically working remotely.

Cons

No respect for one another, and the environment was toxic. No transparency, and you would often feel belittled. Aggressive communication, especially from the CEO. Asking for help was often frowned upon, and your opinion or ideas were hardly taken into consideration. The company didn’t value hiring people of color, and would tell us without any remorse. All the amazing employees that could have contributed so much have left- this is their loss.

Pros

- The best colleagues, smart, kind, and in it together mentality across the globe. There is a huge sense of owning the mission of reinventing the way the world moves for the better. - Very organized despite the remote setup - Everyone is very willing to help - Flexible working hours - At Run The World , you can really learn a lot and make an impact

Cons

The challenges are the fun part so it’s not a great place for people who don’t want to work hard or have passion for their job.

Pros

-Co-founders are brilliant in their product sense and business acumen. Sharp minds, very candid, leaders who can take your constructive feedback. The main reason why I joined. They really live by radical candor, which is rare among top leaderships. -Stellar team, everyone is driven, talented and humble. The second reason why I joined the company. -great product and booming industry. Combine virtual events with passion economy. I am bullish on the growth of the industry and RTW is the industry leader -A-list investors and partners. Because your product is one of the best in the industry, you also work with the best in your adjacent industries.

Cons

-It's a fast-growing series A startup so hours can be unpredictable. -Remote work which makes culture-building hard. I wish I knew my coworkers and leaders on a more personal level.
