The layout was easy to get used to and most of the coworkers really cared and were thorough. I learned a lot of teamwork and collaboration.

Management let me down nearly every day. I was 17 and working multiple double shifts a week because they wouldnt fire a consistent no-call-no-show employee. I was paid $9.50/hr in the middle of Covid and reached almost 100hr/week as a supposedly part-time employee. My coworkers were kind to me though. I was called in and guilt tripped to work the day after my two week notice was up because of the same no show employee that wasn't fired.
