Great mission, Great CEO. Great engineering culture.

The market was terrible. Microsoft had us jumping through so many hoops. Frontier kept changing what they wanted.

Great mission, coworkers are there for the right reasons, friendly atmosphere, great work life balance and time off policy, feels nice to be doing good in the world. The mission feels really promising I really hope the company can spring back from this rough patch and doesn't go under.

Multiple drastic changes of direction and 2 rounds of layoffs in the last 6-8 months have really destroyed moral and motivation. Lots of flip flopping and rushed decisions have eroded confidence in the science. DEI is pretty bad (very white) and only getting worse as all the women are laid off.
