      Pros

      Benefits are okay for a startup of this size. You’ll gain a lot of exposure to modern tooling and developer trends in the AI space.

      Cons

      Leadership is inconsistent in their wants and desires, which results in abrupt changes to company strategy and structure. There have been several re-orgs, almost quarterly changes in direction, a layoff event, and several terminations that happened without prior discussion or documentation. Feedback and performance expectations are often unclear or entirely absent.

      Pros

      - Rapid growth that seems sustainable - There's a lot of enthusiasm about using AI for everything and seeing what sticks, even when it doesn't make sense (even moreso than in other tech companies because it's an AI company). Up to you whether this is a pro or a con - Remote. Also up to you whether this is a pro or a con - Compensation is very good considering it's a startup and remote - Work life balance is pretty good considering the stage of the company

      Pros

      Fast pace environment, management and leadership are accepting of feedback, you are encouraged to get out of your comfort zone. A respecting work life balance for a fast pace startup.

      Cons

      Medical benefits in the US aren't the best, especially if you have dependents.
