      Disgusting company - Care Assistant Runwood Homes Employee Review

      Residents, paid to attend training.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, uncaring senior staff, deaths and neglect covered up, documentation falsified to get favoured staff out of trouble, staff expected to abide to very strict routines - eg every resident must be up by 9am, senior allowing staff to sleep on night shifts. Runwood homes is a business and nothing more, residents are not the heart of the company which is very sad.

      Changes to regional management frequently but kept some that they shouldn’t have Frequent changes to processes and governance with ridiculous time scales
