Cons
You are just a number to them...RC Family only applies to HQ and close locations. If you are in an outlying state you don't get any of the family feel at all. HQ has zero clue about the struggles of the front line. RDs and up are so out of touch with the front line it's maddening. Your voice is NOT heard even though they pretend to be listening. Pay for the front line team is dismal making it hard to get quality applicants and causing a revolving door or constantly being short staffed which in turn puts stress on the morale of the front line employees. The commission structure is NOT competitive at all. The job itself is good, customers aren't terrible. Verizon has a lot of standards which is expected in wireless but the poor company structure makes it stressful with no pay to back it up.
