      - company was flexible to adapt to my schedule while still in school - had the opportunity to work with experienced managers who worked at the company for 15+ years - everyone was very friendly and good culture

      Cons

      - work tends to get repetitive and some of the work could be automated - company was not as willing to adapt and embrace new technologies
