Pros

Great products. Good training

Cons

Salaries are low and incrases are hard to come by. They are starting new hires at a higher wages that existing sales people that have been here 10 years and more which is killing moral. Quota performance is hard to maintain and the numbers never jibe so you never know whats true, looks like they cook the books so they don’t have to pay you. Upper management gets your bonus if they don’t have to pay it out to you so it looks suspect. If you don’t like having to work with a quota don’t come here! If you don’t make quota, no bonus for you and with the low pay its hard to make ends meet, so lots of people have P/T jobs too. There is also little room for promotion and advancement because they hire from outside and don’t work to develope internal talent so you are where you are for life. If you are looking to go up the corporate ladder look elsewhere.
