I’m sorry to see your negative review of Rustic. It’s true that we needed to make some changes. We experienced rapid growth, and we expanded our team too quickly. I take personal responsibility for that. It was reactive rather than proactive, and we parted ways with a number of people who loved the company. But this does not mean that we do not value you. What it means is that the team needed to make some very painful but needed changes to improve. Beyond that, I don’t think you understand the nature of Rustic’s relationship with Sabot Family Companies. We strategically searched for and found a financial partner who believes in our vision and positive impact. This group of people have the professional skills AND financial backing to help take us to the next level. And for what it’s worth - there were no “parties” going on that I know of or that the company paid for. If you know of any that happened without my knowledge, please let me know.
