Pros
Beautiful facility, one of the best in Northwest Iowa. Lot's of great people work there and have stuck it out through some huge change.
Cons
There has been a lot of leadership change, 8 DON's in 5 years, several administrators in that time period too. I was expected to work 70+ hours a week, and that was still not enough.
