Not a flexible workplace at all.
Poor facilities, kitchen, lunchroom and toilets, not to mention meeting rooms and staff desks. Power continually going off and server shutting down.
Salary reviews are non existent, as was ongoing performance coaching.
No staff progression, only sideways.
Most staff not accountable for their own mistakes.
No on-site parking.
