1. Good bonding with the other intern.
2. Automatically accepted with no interview because this company will use the intern as cheap labor hahahaha.
3. Gain a lot of experience because you will given a big responsibilities with high risk.
4. Good for gain life experience and see the real worklife.
5. Good training for mental and patience.
Cons
1. Lot of work with less allowance.
2. If you made a mistake, you will be scolded in front of the other staff.
3. All of the task commonly given last minutes because of the auditor or the management have some intelligence issue.
4. Mostly, the top management not work in a team, always put the mistake into each other and if you lucky as intern, the mistake will put on you.
