Pros
Keith Harding seemed personable and concerned with how people on the ground were doing. He may have a little too many leaders in between him and the people on the ground though, because after the project spun up, there was never any more communication from Keith.
Cons
Had to wait for company approval for travel booking, which dragged out to days before travel at more expensive prices, but had to pay all travel out of pocket. Then had to wait 2-4 weeks to be reimbursed by company. While trying to schedule PTO, requests were ignored ending up with end of year use-or-lose loss of PTO (of which unused PTO goes to management PTO pot.) Laid off in beginning of new year, but given no opportunity to use PTO, and company does not convert unused PTO to salary (even though it is earned, not given) unless absolutely required by employee's state (again, even though it's earned, not given, and again, the leftover goes to management PTO pot.)
