Most managers refuse to incorporate MyRyan program into the work culture.

Thank you for your feedback. myRyan is a program that is implemented at the manager level as they can best decide what work environment works best for their particular team. Not all job functions can successfully leverage myRyan due to the nature of their work.
Culture is great amongst principle and executive team members. The work is not difficult if you have prior experience in property tax.
Benefits are good. Great promotion track if you are willing to play the politics.
Cons
Political environment.
Senior Consultants do not mind throwing newer people under the bus for their mistakes.
Boundaries are not respected.
You are expected to know everything with no real formal training, they do provide some training for the first few weeks but then it drops off and everything needs to be self taught.
Management has favorites and you will know instantly.
