Pros

Good team mates, this is the only good thing

Cons

This is definitely the worst place to work, as treatment received to employees is simply unmoral. Here you have an example about how they are with employees: we are right now suffering the pandemic of covid-19 in Spain , we already have people in Madrid office in sick leave by disease. And instead of the fact that we are fully ready to work from home, they are forcing people to go to the office. It does not matter If those people have kids or old people in charge, everybody is forced to go. The only solution they are offering to avoid going to he office is “unpaid leave “ or taking holidays... Another “great” idea they tried to implement one year ago was : to discount 100% of salary for the first 2 days of illness. And from third day ( when you are in situation of work leave) , they would not pay 100% of salary in any case, even If sick leave was caused by work accident or work disease... Finally it was discarded due to numerous employees complaints, but some team mate who got ill during that period, did not receive 100% of their salary during the days they were on sick leave. Instead of the fact of they have a huge employees turn over, it seems they don´t care...as per evidence of every decision they usually take. So, If you are in time to choose place to work, better look for a better one!

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
