      A pay check twice a month

      Cons

      Upper management won't stand behind you. HR is always against you. Work load is 60 to 70 hours per week. Always on call, even when on vacation.

      Pros

      The Automotive group was a lot of fun to work with. Good people. I would rate the automotive group a solid 5.

      Cons

      Headquarters is very bureaucratic and political. Does not operate with the customer in mind.
