Pros
Descent 401k, opportunity to purchase Ryder company shares at a 15% discount, education reimbursement, good team environment. If you are good at your job you don't get micromanaged.
Cons
Low salary. Multiple instances of employees leaving to go to another company and then company back in order to get a bump in pay. No shift differential pay. Management would rather lose a good employee rather than finding a way to create more opportunities.
