Pros
This organization provides a no-nonsense approach towards running their businesses. All of the staff appear to be focused on team success. The attorneys and the staff want to help others learn and grow. They appear to want to promote from within and the attorneys are top-notch. The company appears to care about their employees and their businesses. For any newly licensed attorney, it is a dream opportunity. For law clerks, I strongly recommend this company. Cannot complain about the attorneys and staff, or the opportunities presented at this company.
Cons
The location is a little bit remote, although the team was willing to work with me on start times. If you want to be a litigator and in the court room (as I do), this would not be the spot. I don't know that I would call these true "cons" as much as preferences.
