Pros
Good work environment on construction sites. Boss is good and mostly fair.
Cons
Long hours with not enough pay and perks to make it worthwhile. The company is not good at recognising it's employees with raises. You have to ask to get a raise (besides a yearly minuscule raise that does not keep up with inflation). Depending on your boss your luck can vary. Doesn't seem to have room for advancement within the company, so alot of good people burn out and then leave. The retirement village side gets most of the resources and recognition. Working on a construction site means that things don't always work the way they should and can get messy. The company has grown big too fast, so a lot of systems have not caught up.
