Pros
Plenty of overtime, some posts are okay, great overtime gig if you have a the summer off between spring and fall semesters
Cons
Some posts have extremely rude clients, some posts pose life threatening conditions and are not worth the pay whatsoever, once you let them know you have an opened schedule, that go crazy and work you 80, 90 and I’ve seen some people work more than 100 hours per week just to have a livable wage, vehicles fall wildly into disrepair, one of the cars had just the bare metal ring of the steering wheel with a steering wheel cover over it, working sketchy neighborhoods overnight with a real risk of being killed or maimed and your only benefit is a bare minimum “health plan”, no union, no back up, no raises unless you’re a butt kisser to management and no loyalty.
