Pros
-LOVE Stephen Katzman (CEO), he's nice - (it's the other people in management positions that are messing things up for the company) -Nice swag and company gear -Employee recognition -Parking on site -People are nice, overall
Cons
-Prepare to be burnt out, or become mentally ill whilst working @ Katzman. (24/6 day a week operation) -HR is supposed to have emotional intelligence, compassion, and care about people; yet the team is rude, stand-offish, unapproachable, and click-ish. -(if you don't speak the native tongue, expect to be handled differently/ignored.. I never pull the race card, but these are the harsh unfortunate truths) -The HR manager (A. MARCUS) lacks empathy. She's good at acting like she cares though. You can't speak to anyone she doesn't want you to speak to (upper mgmt) so she can cover herself and place the blame on her supporting staff, rather than own up to however SHE dropped the ball. -Oh! Please be sure you do exactly what she says or else she will make it her mission to push you out..by. any. means. necessary. -Upper management has ZERO clue that she's the reason their turnover rates are so high AND the reason employees do not stay. (which makes the company lose money...JUST SAYING) -Also, warehouse workers have to work in cold temperatures for the majority of the shift - the pay should be higher. Union or no union,
