      Top 2 women leading the management team are very approachable. They do their best to drive positive changes

      Cons

      Team lead personnel and admin are not always professional. They tend to be critical with their peers who do things differently.

      Pros

      A lot of fellow co-workers (travel agents) that are eager to share their knowledge and experiences with you. S.R. Travel is a boutique travel agency that values their agents and employees as much as the clients. I've learned a lot not just about the travel industry but also the cultures of leisure and corporate travel. I never take work home with me!

      Not really much to say here. I will keep you posted.
