Pros
1) With the exception of some managers, people are generally friendly.
2) Work life balance is only good because there are no projects.
Cons
1) Outdated and detached management, not sure what top level management are doing. No visible changes made internally to improve company processes. Backward thinking,
2) No clear direction of company, just trying to claw back from its poor financial health.
3) Unable to attract new blood or experienced personnel. This company is sorely in need of experienced personnel to resolve all its problem projects.
4) No Work From Home
5) No career progression
6) No projects, lesser and lesser projects are on-hand
7) Managers fighting politics all the time and not doing their job. One manager even has nothing to do in office hours, and they are paid 5-figures. TBH, firing all these managers would probably put the company back in the green much quicker than anything top level management can come up with.
