Pros
I began working with S&ME 19 years ago. What a wonderful ride it has been! I have been challenged with multiple roles during that time (project professional, project engineer, Group Leader, Project Manager, and now Area Manager). I've experienced lots of field work, made some wonderful friendships, and developed some great client relationships. It is wonderful to wake up each morning excited to start work and make an impact in my profession. S&ME is a great company, and I'm very thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow as an employee-owner in the firm.
