      Pros

      The integration process is really smooth and everybody is here to help. The company invites employees twice a year on weekend activities and the work/life balance is really important for management.

      Cons

      Salary is good but the benefits could be improved ( no retirement plan and health plan is medium )

      Great people, good compensation, interesting projects and technology. Really good culture.

      Cons

      Lots of work, lots of after hour maintenances, Customer/client politics, some of the technical solutions are limited due to lack of knowledge/ability to support.
