Large Company, opportunity, some have stayed many years and are happy. Some good people at the top who don’t have time to see what’s failing.

Difficult politics, messy corporate, seemingly skewed towards promoting Italians above others. A few years ago they wouldn’t offer spousal benefits. What if my wife needs insurance? Weird. Seems corporate has a lot of charismatic fellows who can’t back up the talk and don’t actually do much but explain how busy they are.
