Toxic - Wish I could rate a 0 - Anonymous employee SA Metal Group Employee Review

The worst company I have worked for in my entire life! The benefits are the bare minimum. Not enough parking, and a dangerous place to be. The Head of HR is by no means worthy of the title. A micromanager with zero tolerance for mistakes, gives no room for learning, no idea of company culture unless company culture is aggression, microaggression and reactiveness. Has no clue how to work with people. Just "manager" - not a people leader. Just there to hire and fire, do paperwork and nothing else for the people. Very toxic environment.
