      A good company for freshers to start career and move on.

      Cons

      - Company recruits you for a role and you will assigned activities that have no connection to your designation. - Company do not have bandwidth to take care of the new project.. (Jugaado company) - Very rude HR team - Approach of people is unwelcoming. People have created small small groups and if you talk to somebody from one group the others start ignoring you and creating negative perception about you.

      A Familiar Work environment, that should have worked out better considering my prior experience, skills and interests.

      I experienced an otherwise polite work scenario effectively charcterized as "Disfunctional Symbiosis. I attribute this "Turf protective nature of key host Personnel ... thus yielding inoperative & ineffective results.
