This is a demotivating environment spreading very fast which is forcing good people to leave this organization. 4. Trouble in access to Saudi based manufacturing details is stopping every individual to make any contribution. Technologist got stuck in LEGAL as well as Political TRAP of the organization. Even though the SABIC wants to develop a R&D culture but legal and political nature of the organization is spoiling all efforts. 5. Instead of focussing on Talent development and next gen leader creation, STC-B leadership is busy in SPOILING talent and next gen leaders to save their skin. 6. Managers are busy in blaming HR systems 7. All these things are creating TRUST issues and affecting SABIC as a brand, if any.
