Upper management is not reliable or efficient in communication. Was also told “oh here’s the insurance plan because we HAVE to offer it for some reason”

First let me say I have worked for four different cleaning companies and this was the worst experience. I was full-time and there was an elderly lady there that would lie on her own employees. She would pop up and try to catch you in the wrong and make the work environment miserable. I asked to switch to another manager and the owner of the company refused to move me. I even tried to bring up the issues I was having with her to no avail. I was not even getting paid the full-time employee rate even though I worked full time hours and was never
