While we understand the stipend instead of wages may be modest, Saga also pays 100% of benefits- medical, dental, & vision, for our tutors, and there's also a Segal Ed Award given to those who are eligible.       - They care about the gaps in students' understanding of math - They have a wide variety of resources - Their teaching platform is complete with all the resources to help tutors teach - They make expectations clear for tutors - The staff care about the personal and professional growth of the fellows

      Cons

      Not much, as long as you take the opportunities being presented to you and pave your own way.

      Pros

      Great work culture if you are non-tutor staff. Provides evidence based programming.

      Cons

      - Limited upward mobility - There are constant layoffs and reduction in workforce -Incomplete data systems to the point programs staff have to do a lot of backup administrative tasks -No performance based financial incentives -Extremely glitched virtual platform that causes disruptions to student learning on a weekly basis
