Pros
Coworkers were nice, usually hired very knowledgeable people, team building avtivities
Cons
Certain managers always took the customers side even though you are following store policy, HR did not handle returning to the store during covid well (at least for myself), if you call in sick you are responsible for getting someone to cover your shift (even though you do not have access to anyone's phone numbers and are under no obligation to get anyone's personal numbers if you do not wish to do so)
