Startup growing pains, work life balance is not very good, need to find a better overall structure from team to team

None come to mind at the moment.

The team was extremely disorganized and the organization as a whole from its parent company NA Bancard to all of its subsidiaries is extremely siloed. Poor communication across various levels and departments. Competing priorities. The lack of features leaves the product in a position where it is not competitive in the market. There is a huge lack of direction from leadership and doesn't seem like anyone actually cares about getting anything done. Lots of talk with very little action.
