Working environment - Anonymous employee SAP Ariba Employee Review

Work environment and work culture really horrible. Only learning can't make an employee to stay back in a company , there should be such work environment which makes employee to be happy and growing in their career. I felt here is the major drawback to work in SAP Ariba. I worked in SAP Ariba for 4 years. It's a good amount of time to be given for a company to work for it and to judge does it worth it? I felt no , so finally left.
