      Pros

      1. Work-life balance and you won't be exceeding 40-45 hours work week 2. Good co-workers

      Cons

      Their policies change every now and then, and they never keep their word. The policies are not employee friendly either and are just a way to make a fool out of you. The environment is full of uncertainties, due to which attrition is high (don't think of this as an opportunity if you're eyeing to come here. They fire people in their first month itself)

      Pros

      Through SAPRO i have managed to visit and live in 8 different countries either working onshore or working remotely, whilst building a little nest egg. SAPRO is what you make of it, it is a useful vehicle for international exposure and you just never know maybe your dream of living and working in New York may come true to, like it has for me.
