Pros

Amazing compensation and benefits. The environment rewards hard work and dedication. Flexibility is a big plus, no micromanagement.

Cons

Nothing major, the office environment could be a bit better.

Pros

Just one thing - getting out.

Cons

I quickly realized that the workplace is highly unstable and poorly managed. Top management frequently changes priorities, shifts responsibilities, and restructures teams with little warning, leaving employees scrambling to adapt and uncertain if their efforts will ever be valued. Roles and expectations often change on a whim, making it difficult to plan or focus on long-term goals. Deadlines are moved or canceled unexpectedly, and employees are expected to pick up additional responsibilities without support or guidance. This reactive approach from top management creates a constant sense of fear, stress, and unpredictability. Communication from the top is inconsistent, lacking, and often unclear. Important updates are delivered at the last minute or via contradictory messages, making it hard to know what is actually expected. Feedback is vague or conflicting, leaving employees unsure how to improve or measure success. This lack of transparency contributes to frustration and low morale. One of the most challenging aspects is the implicit expectation to be available nights and weekends. Although the company offers "unlimited" PTO, employees frequently feel pressured to respond to emails outside of normal hours, work weekends, or adjust their personal schedules to meet last-minute demands. Frequent organizational restructuring and high turnover exacerbate these issues. Teams are often left understaffed, with workloads increasing without additional resources. The constant flux makes it difficult to establish stability, trust, or a sense of accomplishment. You feel undervalued and under constant risk of being replaced. Top management actually said that we were all replaceable. Isn't that a nice morale-booster? Career growth is nonexistent and compensation are inconsistent. Raises and promotions are unpredictable, and promises of advancement often go unfulfilled. Talented employees can feel trapped in roles that offer little recognition or opportunity, which contributes further to low morale. Employees are left to navigate management conflicts or unclear expectations on their own, with limited guidance or recourse. This contributes to a sense of frustration and helplessness, particularly when combined with frequent leadership changes. High stress, unclear priorities, inconsistent communication, and implicit expectations to work outside normal hours create a challenging environment for anyone seeking stability, fairness, and professional growth. Protect yourself from this place. If you value transparent leadership, predictable hours, clear expectations, and a supportive work environment, stay away from this dumpster fire of a place. The combination of unstable management, high turnover, poor communication, state of constant fear of being replaced, and overwork makes it a workplace that can be exhausting and demoralizing.

Pros

None. Zero. Zilch. Zip. Nada.

Cons

Glassdoor moderators rejected the truest version of this review, so here is an appropriately watered-down version for the little ears in your workplace: My theory is the CEO suffers from debilitating insecurity and a relentless case of imposter’s syndrome, which manifests in a laundry list of unsavory ways. He’s an also-ran who’s been sued countless times and summarily dismissed by at least one Board of Directors. He spews fear and intimidation, and is threatened to the core by any dissenting opinions. He hires and fires, and changes direction as often as he changes his socks, freezing the company in a constant state of chaos and ambiguity. Sadly, he is a one-dimensional caricature. A classic paper tiger. An imposter, you might say. He’s literally never worked for a real company. He wouldn’t last two days at any of the visionary tech companies that barely tolerate his inconsequential existence. He’s been at “spectator” businesses his whole life. Never been on the field of play as a tech vendor or CIO. My advice? For the sake of your career, your mental and physical health, your personal life, and your legacy as a professional and a human, stay away. Far, far away. No matter how desperate you might be for a paycheck, do not fall into this trap. There are so many better options.
