They have a favoritism problem. They treat office people and passengers better than their drivers. They have trainers that never drove a motor coach. The one trainer use fowl language and intimidation during trading. Their busses are nasty dirty. They have a great maintenance force that can’t keep up. They have a major overturn problem they are always hiring.
