      Great company, was a great in its times, now the space is filled with competitors. However, plenty of opportunity to work and excel

      Cons

      Slow Culture. Every employee has office. hence there is less of open work culture, a lot of isolation is felt.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
