      Pros

      Health care premiums low. Lots of talented people. A true intent on fostering an on site community while being very remote friendly. Opportunities to work on anything from technologies made 50 years ago all the way up to cutting edge tech.

      Cons

      A lot of legacy code where you can only gain experience in house. A lot of processes that are there to protect the business but slow down time to market.
