      The working environment is great; people are friendly here; the campus is beautiful; use of gym is free; food is good and inexpensive.

      Cons

      Too many organizational changes recently. I was hoping I could focus on a series of projects that leads to a clear career goal. However, I have to jump into projects in the middle in the last several months.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
