Pros

The hours are great. If you are a merchandiser the work is rewarding. I enjoy making my sets look great. The wages are okay for the type of work we are doing. Sure they could be better. But other merchandising companies are paying the same or less. Youhave the opportunity to make friends with store employees in all the stores you visit.

Cons

The supervisors are out of control. My supervisor can not be found. We had Temps helping us for about 3 weeks. She would send them to an aisle and tell them to clear a section out. After that we had to tell them what to do. They could not find her to ask questions. She rude and angry and talks very angrily to 3 people on the team that she has singled out. She claims she and her friend where at work until 3am once. If they were they were riding the clock. Management could ask to see store surveillance to see if they really were at work but they seem to not care. They have a great team but the lead is going to run everyone off.

Pros

You get weekends and holidays off

Cons

-They want you to work full time hours, but won't give you fulltime status. -No health benefits. They give you access to a marketplace which is VERY expensive. -They intentionally schedule you on days you are unavailable to try to weed out anyone without full availability. -They will intentionally give you less hours if they are trying to get rid of you for any reason. -HR will never get back to you. All of the employees dread having to reach out because it is a dead end. -They are inconsistent when it comes to standards. Some teams are held to an incredibly high standard, while other teams get away with subpar work and poor attendance/punctuality. -Constantly having to reach out over and over about the same issues with only promises of help. -They marked me as terminated for "violating company policy", despite never doing so. I have a 2 weeks notice and fulfilled it, so I left on my own terms. I have reached out regarding this and have not heard back from any of my managers or HR. This is illegal and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone. They are doing sneaky things behind the scenes to benefit themselves.
