      Cons

      Management is a revolving door; once engaged with company culture, the reasonings become prevalent. Rushed to finish sections - resulting in more demanding labor without the pay to compensate. Employees of quality work ethic should receive promotions; not the one's with managements' favor.

      Remodel associates are hard working and a pleasure to work with!

      Cons

      Upper management over supervisors micro manage and set the supervisors up for failure. They have very little if anything positive to say and more often than not talk down to you! Leaves you wondering if there is anything you do right?
