Pros
It's a nice environment, especially with the region's GM and the HR director making a real effort to cultivate a healthy working atmosphere for everyone.
Cons
However, some of these practices are not consistently followed by certain individuals in management. Frequent late-night texts, holiday messages, a culture of blame, and a slow approval process have created numerous bottleneck issues. Please also review the turnover rate of certain teams and the people leading them—there must be an underlying issue.
