Pros
This company will give you a job if you are an OPT student or someone legal to work in the US. They usually assign you to work with their clients if you pass interviews with their clients.
Cons
- The company will pay you the lowest amount legally possible; - The company will say that they will sponsor your H1B the next year after one year performance, but they probably WILL NOT. - They will find every possible reason to NOT sponsor your visa. - Up to date, I am uncertain if it is their clients pay the fee to sponsor your work visa, or if it is them. However, if the client you are working for happened to be in a bad shape, your visa is highly unlikely to be sponsored. - Then SAWTEST will assign you to another client WITHOUT sponsoring your visa even though you have worked hard for them for a year. Most other companies will sponsor their employees after working for a year. That is industry standard. If SAWTEST tells you that they will only sponsor your visa before it is about to expire, will you work for them to start with? - At the second client, SAWTEST will say that they will DEFINITELY sponsor your next year, but do you BELIEVE them?
