The job environment is absolutely friendly, the opportunity to develop your career in a very busy place where you learn to push yourself to manage all kind of situations and a lot of issues at same time.

The only one cons I have to tell about it is regarding salary and type of contract. I was a front desk agent, during the night shift which it means to do finance tasks as closing the day, audits, so, to get ready the hotel for the following day, and I was contracted as a concierge, which is not a problem for me, but well, a simple concierge doesn't manage bookings, money, etc... I would have liked to be contracted as what I was, as front desk agent.

Hay muy buen ambiente. Trabajas con unidades de negocio muy chulas con lo que es un trabajo muy interesante. Además en esta posición tocas muchos temas con lo que cada día aprendes algo diferente (fotografía, vídeo, analítica, etc).

La empresa tiene una mentalidad antigua en cuanto a horarios con lo que no existe flexibilidad horaria ni mucho menos opciones para una buena conciliación familiar.
