Pros
The job environment is absolutely friendly, the opportunity to develop your career in a very busy place where you learn to push yourself to manage all kind of situations and a lot of issues at same time.
Cons
The only one cons I have to tell about it is regarding salary and type of contract. I was a front desk agent, during the night shift which it means to do finance tasks as closing the day, audits, so, to get ready the hotel for the following day, and I was contracted as a concierge, which is not a problem for me, but well, a simple concierge doesn't manage bookings, money, etc... I would have liked to be contracted as what I was, as front desk agent.
